The NOC utilizes a variety of network monitoring platforms for basic ICMP Up/Down notifications to more advanced SNMP tools. As an authorized Computer Associates Spectrum Network Monitoring Partner, we utilize their software to deliver our advanced monitoring and device management services. Our NOC also monitors the overall health of the Public Internet and makes manual routing changes if any one Tier One Internet Provider's network performance begins to experience performance degradation.
