The customer care team at Access Northeast is your single point of contact for all service requests.  They handle all pre-installation engineering, circuit provisioning, turn-up and post installation inquiries from billing to the modification of existing services.  They act as the "Air Traffic Controllers" of Access Northeast, successfully navigating customers and partners from the sales department to our NOC technical staff.  Once a contract has been initiated with Access Northeast, the customer care team will confirm the services, order all necessary circuits and hardware, coordinate a technical engineering review, schedule a turn-up or live service date and provide all status updates throughout the process.
