Mr. Donnellan has over 27 years of operations experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Mike was the founder & CEO of Edoceo Solutions, a firm specializing in outsourced VPN and WAN Management Services. Prior to Edoceo Solutions, Mike was the VP of Operations at CTC Communications, a $350M Public Telecommunications Company. During his 14 years at CTC, Mike developed the service delivery, customer care and billing process enabling CTC's rapid growth and industry leading record of customer retention. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Anselm College, with a focus in Business and Economics.
Mr. Kagan has 15 years of LAN, WAN, and Internet systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting experience. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Eric co-owned RCS Plus, a Systems Integration and Internet Service Provider firm. He was responsible for all aspects of consulting, technical staff management, service delivery, as well as research and development and network architecture. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
Mr. Peckham has over 20 years of Sales and Channel Development experience. Ten years prior to founding Access Northeast, Marcus was the co-owner of Metro Marketing New England, a manufacturers' representative firm specializing in the sale of voice and data communications equipment through VAR, Corporate, CLEC, ISP, System Integrator, OEM, and Distribution channels. Mr. Peckham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Minnesota State University.
Mr. Stephenson has over 16 years of business development experience focused primarily upon formulating successful channel partner relationships & strategic alliances. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Rob was the Eastern Regional Channel & Marketing Manager for Internap Network Services. While at Internap, he helped develop corporate relationships with Accenture, Coradiant, WireOne, Mercury Computer and others. Rob received a double-major in Economics and Political Science at the University of Vermont. He also holds a MBA from Boston College in Technology Marketing, where he earned membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society
